Returns
Thank you for shopping with Yuri Nicole Minks. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 7 days of purchase.
- How to make a return: To start a return, please email us at YuriNicoleMinks@gmail.com, with Subject: Return/ Refund. Also include your order number and the reason for the return. You can find your order number in your confirmation email.
- Ship the item: Ship the item back to us at Hair Action 5230 N Pine Hills Rd.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- Refund: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policy.
Refunds
Refunds are not given for any lash treatment, but we will always work with the client in the rare event of any issues that may arise. If you encounter any problems, please notify immediately within 24hrs after treatment. Thank you!
